1. Purchase Policy
   
   Any order placed will be considered that you have fully agreed to the terms and conditions.
   
   Please ensure that you have read through the following terms and conditions. 
   
   1. Prices quoted on the website are all in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
   2. NO payment = NO order
   3. NOT liable for any mistakes made by Supplier
   4. NOT liable for any lost mail
   5. In the event of OOS (Out-of-stock) items, will allocate item based on first-come-First-serve, ie, IB transaction time.
   6. Payment is to be made within 2 days from date of order to our bank account via IB transfer or ATM transfer.
   7. Orders which are not accompanied with payment will lapse after 2 days and will be treated as void.
   8. Delivery period is about 3-4 weeks for pre-orders, and 3-5 working days for in-house stocks wef the following working day upon confirmation.
   9. No reservation of items unless payment receipt and order confirmation.
   10. Goods sold are not refundable.
   11. Please note that all items are subjected to availability. In event where payment is made for an unavailable item, we will make full refund on the selling price.
   12. Measurements on website are provided by supplier and serves only as a guide for your purchases only.
